The Settings page manages your personal profile and your organization’s team, usage, and billing. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.

Profile

The Profile tab updates your account details:

Members

The Members tab shows everyone in your organization and lets Owners manage access. Invite a teammate — Click Invite Member and enter an email. An invitation link is sent; recipients without an Arklex account are prompted to create one on accepting. Pending invites show a “Pending” status until accepted. Change a role — Owners can click the role dropdown on any member’s row and select a new role. Remove a member — Owners can remove a member from the kebab menu on their row. Access is revoked immediately, but their historical contributions (evaluations created, annotations added) remain in the platform.

Usage

The Usage tab shows your organization’s consumption for the current billing period: simulations run, conversations generated, evaluations completed, and API calls made. Usage refreshes periodically — contact support if you believe there’s a discrepancy.

Billing

The Billing tab shows your current plan, live token usage for the billing period, and overage controls.

Plans

Token usage

Three meters track the current billing period. Each bar turns amber at 80% and red at 100%.

Overage and spending cap

On the Free plan, operations pause when any token limit is reached — no overage is charged. On the Pro plan, operations continue past the included allowance and overage is billed at the rates above, capped by a $2,000/month default ceiling. Use the Spending Cap control to set a lower limit and prevent unexpected charges.

Manage your subscription

  • Upgrade to Pro — starts checkout on the Stripe payment page.
  • Manage Billing — opens the Stripe billing portal to update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel.
  • Cancel Subscription — cancels a Pro plan; it stays active through the end of the current billing period.
For Enterprise pricing, contact support.
Checkout, payment methods, and invoices are handled securely through Stripe — Arklex doesn’t store your card details.

FAQ

Not currently. Each Arklex account belongs to one organization. If you need access to another, you’ll need a separate account.
Evaluations, simulations, agents, and scenarios they created stay in the organization, and their annotations and comments remain attributed to their account. They simply lose access.
No — only Owners can send invitations. Members can view the team roster but can’t add or remove people.
